Payment and Registration Option Details
Payment of Lilly Conference fees can be made in one or more of the following ways:
Through April 15, 2019, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a HK$390 (~US$50) cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 15, 2019. In lieu of cancelling, another individual may be substituted.
Information on conference lodging is located on the Travel & Lodging page of our site.
The weather in Hong Kong in May is usually hot and humid, so business casual is suggested. Please no athletic wear in sessions.
Guest Meals Policy
Unfortunately, due to space limitations we do not offer guests to dine with our participants. Meals and refreshments are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. There are several cafeterias and restaurants at Hong Kong Baptist University, and more at the two shopping malls near the university, namely Lok Fu Place and Festival Walk.
An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible. If you are in special need of accommodations, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (firstname.lastname@example.org).
NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to start date of conference. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from the conference director acknowledging the request is required in order to ensure the emailed request was received.
Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list. This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon its completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
